#6 Collard Greens


Recipe: I just went with the recipe off of the back of the bag. I can't remember now what it was, but it wasn't very good anyway.

How I felt about them: I might have well just have gone and picked some grass and cooked it. I'm not a big fan.

  1. Unfortunately, the only time collards are good is when they are cooked with hammock and grease then topped with vinegar...the good ol' southern way. But that isn't too healthy.
